DOS: 9/01/23, I took my car to the establishment for an oil change which checking and topping off all fluids is part of the job. Same day after the visit my car was making a bubbling noise which I didn't know what the sound was, looking under the hood the antifreeze in the overflow was bubbling and some had come out from under the cap which we discovered the cap had not been screwed on correctly and air had been sucked into the system. The next day I drove to ** my car started to overheat I stopped at **** **** the clerk filled my overflow reservoir and less than 24 hrs later my car ran hot again. I took it to another Jiffy Lube location in ** which I was told there was air in my system and the only way to fix it is to have a specialist drain the system which in turn would remove the air. I've tried speaking with the owner of the *********** ** location directly and he's not willing to work with me on a resolution that the technician at his shop caused by not putting the overflow cap on correctly. I have documentation from a detailed car inspection from July/August not showing any coolant issues with my vehicle. Also I have my Jiffy Lube receipt from ********** which doesn't mention any coolant issues or leaks.
