The date of the transaction was September 28th 2022.I am reaching out in regards to a Company called " A Plus Paving they came out to do lay Ashpalt ******** down my 600ft long driveway at my house in *******, ** on September 28th, not 3 days later after work was supposedly complete I reached out to them because the driveway started washing away and huge divots etc were coming up as well as all the rocks underneath that they stated they graded away. I was told it would have a smooth even finish once done and that is nowhere near the results. When I reached out to the owner of the company and his son they have been telling me since October 2nd they would be coming out to fix the issue, after multiple attempts of getting them to come like they promised in writing they then told my wife and I to feel free find another company to fix their issues that they created after 4 weeks of promising they would come repair it.. I have screenshots and texts of EVERYTHING in writing from them and pictures of the entire driveway washing out... I have also put this all over ******** and there is MANY people commenting saying they have had the exact same experience with this company and the owner and his son. As well as multiple complaints to the BBB within the past year. I feel like no hard-working person should be put through this after paying a company THOUSANDS to do the work and they breached contract. I am going to attach pictures for you to see as well as texts from them stating they would fix work.
