            I started going to a and d accounting 5 or 6 years ago. I haven't had any problems til this past year 2020 tax filing. I was told to drop my tax papers off at their office on skyway drive. I was there before they opened waited on someone to open the door. The lady I can't remember her name her desk is the first one to the left when you walk in she was the only one there at the time I dropped my tax papers off. I told her the lady next to her normally does my taxes but I would like the owner to do my taxes this year. The lady took my tax papers saying I will make sure he gets them. I've been calling for a year now and going by their office and no answer to voicemails or to their door. Their door stays locked well it has every time I've stopped by. So my taxes from last year never were filed and now this year I tried to do them myself and they tell me I need to file last years first. I still haven't been able to get a and d accounting to call me back or let me know anything that is going on with my tax papers. I would like for some help in this matter and get some results as to what happened to my tax papers and them doing my taxes.
