UNBELIEVABLE I purchased (Down payment + Financing) and closed the deal for:2015 Dodge Challenger SXT SXT 2dr Coupe Price $10,999 Mileage ******* 2015 Dodge Challenger for sale at DADA AUTO *** in ****** ** on 05/01/23 afternoon. After adding the vehicle to my insurance then hours of signing documents, phoning the financial group and *** leaving the me at the front desk to spend time in the back room several minutes at a time during our transaction process. *** finally returned and stated, Im tired and its late come pick up the car tomorrow and Ill have everything ready for you, dont worry. Well on 05/02/23 the next morning, I called several times but no answer. On my last call, I left a voicemail requesting a reply to come and pick up the vehicle but still no reply. So my husband and I decided to go to the lot to pick up the vehicle. Upon arrival, **** constituent came to greet ** before we were able to get out of our car and starts stating, yeah I know, The car is not here it is gone, someone else came and pick it up. We sold the car to someone else, you should get the what is ******** **** instead, we got for you. There are plenty other cars to buy or you can go to another lot and find car somewhere else or maybe you come back in 3 days and car will be here for you. Meanwhile, we see *** running without communicating nor contact of any kind with ** towards his white truck and jumped in while lighting a smoke then stepped on the gas and irately drove off the lot uncontrollably. I was left in a state of shock and confusion as to what was happening. However, because of my faith, character, career, professionalism and dignity, I departed from the lot calmly and without anger. Although, knowing I was done super wrong, my worry is about all the money that has already been put on the table for the purchase of the vehicle that has not been returned. Im in desperate need of help to resolve this situation and/or an resolution.Initial Complaint

When I pulled from the lot and put gas in, the gas leaked.I drove 30 minutes hom and a full talk went down to 3/4 of a tank. There I knw there was a problem. I let them know right away there was an issue with the car. I took it to **** who said I needed a ful pump. **** sent a mechanic who said it was all fine. the ******* told me that the car only went in revesre when he fixed it and that they put a new transmission in. he also told me that a belt in the car sounded like it was about to go out and if it did, the engine would lock up. a warning light was on but the mechanic told me there were not any issues. the car was not driving well and once again i had a full tanak and drove 10 miles home and it went to 3/4 tank of gas. i was leaving ********* and the check engine light came on and 2 codes were on the screen. The car make squeaking noise and drove badly. I parked the car immediately and im pursuing a refund and to return this car. There is no way they didnt know that there were issues. Im now forced to buy a second car. I belive this car has 3-4 issues and it was sold under the guise that it was a good car. They even told me I didnt need to buy the extended warranty from endurance
