              I purchased several items from Filters Fast over the years including furnace filters and a water filtration system. All the products have been of good quality and reasonably priced. It is easy to place orders on their website and packages arrive within a relatively short period of time. I have been pleased with everything I have purchased from them.

              Placed an order for both a water and air filter for our ** fridge. The water filter shipped quickly. The air filter, 3 weeks later, has yet to ship. On top of not shipping, filter fast does not provide updates as to when they will ship. Ive called twice and been given extended shipping dates. Terrible service.

              I got a referral to this company from my neighbor who has been dealing with them for a long time and she spoke highly of their products. However, my complaint is that it took forever to receive my refrigerator filter. They said it was out of stock and would take a long time if I waited for that particular one so they offered me a substitute which I agreed but it still took a couple more weeks to receive. So their products are of high quality but the wait is about a month out. They also need to reduce the daily emails they send out. That is just too much.

              Is there any way to stop a company from filling up your inbox. I have tried blocking them.no luck. I have called them. Still getting c*** The one thing I can tell you is I will never order anything from them again. To many other places to get stuff.

              We have been waiting for over a month for our filters. Until I sent an email yesterday asking about them, they were marked as "Pending". Today they are marked as "Paid (awaiting shipment)". We will see how fast Filters Fast will really get them to us! We had better and quicker results the last time we ordered.

              I ordered a package of filters from Filters Fast on May23rd, 2024. I have not received them yet. I paid $75.77 which has already been deducted from my credit card. Either produce the filters or refund me $75.77. Thank you.

              nothing fast about it. waiting on filter order from over a month ago. called 2 times and got 2 different stories. ended up just ordering other filters of **** and were here in 2 days...

              Nice product line. My only complaint is the daily emails the send. My filter last for 3 months. How insane is that.
