    The business owner does not take proper precautions during a pandemic.She said in her email to me that she does not believe in covid, or vaccines. She thinks it is all a conspiracy.I do not feel safe going to her place of business to use my package deal of massages. She has refused to give me a refund.I know her business is not doing well because of covid and because she does nothing to minimize exposure to covid so she can not afford to give me a refund. People do not feel safe there. I told her I have an elderly dad and I make sure I do not go to places that might expose me to covid. She told me in her email that my dad would end up in the hospital being cared for by unvaccinated workers because the government says it is okay. She does not understand that unvaccinated health care workers are tested before coming in contact with patients. She thinks she is immune to all viruses. She's an idiot. I had no idea she was so ignorant, so devoid of any knowledge period, but especially of how covid is transmitted. She compared covid to aids in her email to me. She believes millions have died from the vaccine instead of the reality that millions have died from covid. HIPPA allows for any employee to divulge their own information to a customer. I only want to be massaged by someone who is vaccinated. I am fully vaccinated and boosted to keep myself and others safe. I do not want to be exposed to someone who is not vaccinated or is not tested for covid when I am in close quarters for an hour with that person. They are in my breathing space and touching me. It is not like going out in public and being around others. Covid is an airborne virus and when I am sharing the air and space of someone for an hour I deserve to be safe. The owner does nothing. In her email to me, it is obvious none of her employees are vaccinated. That is their choice but putting the public at risk by not testing them daily is not safe. She needs to be reported to the health ***** and I want my refund.

    I have been taking classes and getting massages for 9 years. I heard that a customer who was unreasonable filed a complaint against Your Karma not based on services they received but because they were being a ***** during covid. That is not right that the BBB continue to show this against this wonderful business. Covid brought out the worst in people!
