On July 6th I placed order **** for 70 DTF heat transfers for our *********************** league boys headed to the world series on July 20th plus a rush fee of $25 ($375). I ordered 70 in anticipation of the orders that would be placed. After watching a video posted on the company's social media I realized that what I submitted was formatted wrong. I emailed the company before production began on my order. I did not receive any response. (I still have not received a response from this email). On July 11th I received the product it was incorrectly printed. I immediately emailed for help with the problem. As of today (7/19) I still have not received communication from the two emails on this order.On July 11 I needed to order the remaining 20 transfers because we collected 90 orders instead of 70. I ordered the remaining items with a rush ($25 more). The rush stated that it would begin production within 1-5 business days.On July 13th I emailed the company and requested a refund for order **** and a cancellation for the order number **** due to non communication. As of today July 18th I have not received any communication from the company. I have $500 tied ** in this company with failure to communicate with me. I have also had to purchase the product from a different company on July 13th because I was afraid I would not get the problem resolved in time for the opening ceremonies for the little league world series. I received the order from the other company today July 18th. The second purchase ate our entire profit that was to be put toward food and lodging for the boys and their families.
