We took our dog, Bandit ******, to this boarding facility on Thursday the 20th of July. Within TWO hours of him being there we received a call that he passed away outside. We were told that These things happen and he probably had a seizure. He was found with his tongue, blue and hanging out of the side of his mouth and laying on the ground with no pulse. ****** has no history of seizures and had just been medically cleared by his vet a week or two before he was to be boarded. He was only 7 years old. The only medication he had been on recently was Prednisone and Cephalexin for a skin rash. Both medications were finished by the time of this incident and no side affects where seen by the veterinarian at his recheck or our family when he was taking them. Our instinct is to believe he was left out in the hot Sun for the whole time that he was there, not given adequate water or care and passed away due to the heat. To top it off, when we were notified, the closest people were 2 hours away. When they arrived back to get his body, the owner of the facility had left him outside with a blanket over him for another two hours. We have no heard anything else from this business since he was picked up and we dont want this swept under the rug by this business or anyone else.Business response

I can not apologize enough for little Bandit and I have responded to every social media that they have accused me on. This was the first visit for Bandit so I didn't know him. It was an overcast morning and he was put out by himself in an area right by our little dog building. He was put there by his owners, **** and ******. We often do this so they feel better and tell the owner to tellCustomer response

The response was cut mid way at the maximum number of letters. I am the owner of *********** for 30 years. I did not meet any of Bandits family only talked to **** when he booked . I was not there but called the family that afternoon and left a voicemail.The owners put Bandit out where he was going to be so they had to see shade from umbrella, a pool filled with water and two water bowls. The sun comes there by afternoon and he had already passed. I want you kids to look up what ******* is capible of doing to s dog. Look up Prozac and flea collars,look up bloat. Look for reasons not blameCustomer response

I am rejecting this response because: no resolution was presented. There is just a continued response to blame Bandits death on other means and take very little responsibility when he was under the care of this facility.
