      I ordered a product from Sleepme Inc. and returned the item under their trial period to receive a full refund. The item was shipped back to them and my tracking information shows it was delivered. I wanted over 90+ days for a refund and did not receive the item. When I reached out to the company they said they cannot issue a refund and to dispute it with my credit company. My credit company told me to dispute it with Sleepme. I was informed Sleepme was bought out and submitted my information to the new owners through a legal claim in order to get a refund. I still have not received any info or refund from them.

      Customer reached out to us twice, was informed of how to proceed for refund both times.  Customer never disputed with CC'd company or filed a claim using the form provided for a refund from the prior company.  Customer will need to dispute through one of these methods to receive refund from prior company.

      On 4/27/23 I purchased a Cube Sleep System from Sleepme (recepit attached). They advertised a 30 day money back guarantee. On 5/24/23 I reached out to customer service to initiate a return under the 30 day policy. **************** responded and said stated that they are not able to process refunds currently and I should dispute the charge with my credit card and can keep/donate the merchandise (email attached). I disputed the charge with my credit card, but Sleepme refuted my claim despite documentation of initiating the return (credit card dispute letter attached). Since then I have attempted to reach out to customer service via email with no response. Their customer service phone number is just a recording directing you to the website, so I have been unable to reach the company to resolve this.I am looking for them to honor their refund as promised.

      I purchased the Sleepme Chilli *********** control Unit November 23, 2022. The unit stopped working roughly 3 months after the first use. I've tried contacting the company multiple times & multiple methods; calling, email, etc. I cannot get ahold of anyone or a response. I would simply just like a replacement or a refund being that the product is covered under warranty for a year...It appears many others have experienced this exact same issue and are also going through a no response feedback from the company.

      I purchased a Dock Pro Sleep System and a Sleep Tracker from Sleep.Me on May 2, 2023 for 1,272,49. The Sleep Tracker device requires a $5.99 per month subscription. Sleep.Me billed me through PayPal for this subscription at the beginning of each month for **** through August. Other than a time in August when they had technical difficulties, the app worked fine. At the beginning of September, they did not renew the subscription. It is not clear why they didn't. I know that my PayPal account is working and would accept a $5.99 charge. I have tried to resolve this through their website. The 'Payment Methods' page of my account is blank and there is no way to add a payment method. I have contacted them through their website 3 times (September 6, 17 and 25) and only receive an automated reply. I have tried to contact them through their toll free number and their local number. Both seem to feed into the same automated system and neither offer any assistance other than to tell the caller to go to their website. I have tried everything I can think of to reach them for assistance but continue to get no response.

      I ordered the ********** from sleep me approximately a year ago. There is a one year warranty on the unit. The water pump on the unit failed rendering the unit useless as it would no longer cool. There is no contact phone number to speak with anyone at the company, only an email address. I submitted the email form to them twice, received a confirmation number that someone would contact me and have heard nothing. I just want the unit fixed as it was very expensive and did work well before it broke.

      I ordered a sleepme system and it worked for a while. I sent an email for support WITHIN the first year of ownership, therefore under warranty. I sent the first email June 1 2023 June 9th, I send the second email.June 12th, I called and left a voicemail and sent another email June 29th I finally got a response asking me to test something.July 1st they "followed up"July 4th the emailed again [Mind you this is a holiday weekend, I was not available]On the 4th, I responded to them answering their test question.Aug 15th, I responded again asking for what to do next.Today is Sept 22. They do not have a phone number listed anymore. They clearly do not answer their emails.This unit is defective and needs repair. It is under warranty.

      Purchased a ******* system from them on 2/16/23 with an extended warranty. The unit failed at the beginning of August due to a defect in the mattress pad. Contacted support via the website on 8/2, and received an automated message that follow-up would occur within 1 day. To date, there has been no actual contact. Several emails and messages to the support number have gone without a response. Contacted the extended warranty company, Extend. Extend stated that they couldn't do anything since it was still under manufacturer warranty.

      I have made multiple purchases with the company that Sleepme Inc. absorbed/acquired. The warranty on my purchases is not being honored, I have been left with ZERO response from the company regarding multiple warranty issues for several months. Today I received a response that stated that my warranty period had passed on my purchased Ooler temperature control unit (I purchased it in April 2022, and it stated that it had a 2 year warranty (Expires in April ****). Further, I have two Dock Pro System temperature control units that are leaking and no longer operate, they have a 3 year warranty. At this point in time, I have a ticket number from February ********************************** responded to. My concern is that Sleep.me has updated their warranty period to 1 year and that they are attempting to ignore or to outright deny valid warranty claims. The outcome I demand is either a replacement of my units or repair under warranty or a full refund. Below are the warranty periods per my purchases: Dock Pro System Warranty: "The Dock Pro sleep system set comes with a 3 year limited product warranty on the control unit and a 1 year limited product warranty on the Chilipad. Ooler Unit Warranty: "During the first two (2) years of this warranty, Chili Technology will repair or replace the temperature control unit for defects in materials or workmanship"

      I purchased two OOLER units on April 6, 2022 and the units were delivered in early May. This company had a year warranty on products from the date of delivery.On May 1, 2023 I contacted customer support as my units had stopped working for no apparent reason. I was instructed to send them back for repair, at my own expense. I did this. The company sent one unit back that still didn't work and did not return the other unit. I have been attempting to rectify this situation for months without resolution. Their customer service team will simply stop answering emails and I am getting no where with them. I want a refund or a replacement of the two units. I would prefer the refund as I do not wish to have further dealings with the company. They are fradulant.

      Placed an order # P01-5875507-3410307 on 10/16/2022. This was for a ****************** DocPro sleep system. I paid $1692.32 for this item and it came with a 2 year warranty. I have had multiple issues with this item. One side completely doesn't work. The unit that doesn't work is Serial # ***********. I submitted a ticket to sleep me in 7/14/2023. I also tried Chats and to call. They wouldn't communicate with me until 8/31/2023. They said thanks for reaching out and they would send me a new unit. I provided my address and on 9/4/2023, They said they would escalate to their warehouse. I have not received a new unit or have I been contacted again. They obviously are not standing by their warranty. Extremely frustrating and now I understand why they have an "F" rating. T
