Have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt (wondering if theyve had health issues, a family emergency or something else) but after no response to multiple calls, texts and messages on their website, and no update on their website, I feel a responsibility to warn others to avoid these guys altogether.We had them out a few years ago, based on a strong referral, to install new bathroom and kitchen faucets. They did great work. More recently we had a leak from the kitchen faucetI texted and they came right out the next day to fix the issuethey were great. But, a few days later it started leaking again. I reached back out, multiple times over multiple weeks/months, with multiple communication methods, and still no response. We still have a bucket under our sink to catch the leak.I posted a few online reviews, hoping they'd see them and reach out to make it right and Idgive them the benefit of the doubt and remove the reviews, but that did not happen. So I'm filing a formal complaint to help warn others and to hopefully get a refund.They did great work until they just disappeared. Were surprised and disappointed.
