We have hired this company on (5) occasions. They actually show-up, they communicate and they follow-up. For me that is number one. Their work is quality, and they stand by it. Based on my experiences I will continue to use their service and recommend their service.

I had a leaking water heater at 9:30 am. I called Ultimate Plumbing right away, they scheduled me at noon. They showed up a little early , got the job done , and were finished up around 5:pm!! Very professional and efficient!!!

The Plumber was very knowledgeable and recommended the right solution to the old plumbing . Left the area clean after the job was finished.

Ultimate Plumbing handled all of our emergency needs! We had a faucet issue that we could not handle ourselves unless the water to the whole house was turned off. I called them around 7PM and they were at our house and had the problem fixed by 8:45PM. Great service and if we every need emergency plumbing again, we will definitely call Ultimate.

Great service. *** was honest and prompt with his quote, the office staff was very organized communicating and scheduling the appointment and **** did a quality and professional installation. The entire team was fantastic!

I wouldn't even give them 1 star, but I suppose something has to be checked to leave a response. The job was handled quite poorly from the beginning. For a job that should've been at *** $250, they charged me $780. The tech who came out, didn't even come into my house to inspect the problem, just started snaking the outside lines. Why, I have NO idea - as the issue was contained on the second floor - first floor, everything was working fine. But again, he didn't bother to listen to me, the paying customer on what the issue was. He never presented any costs to me prior to beginning work. He was of course unsuccessful with what he was doing - BECAUSE THE **** WAS UPSTAIRS. Finally asked him, why don't you just snake the toilet that is messed up? He then replied "well I'm trying to save you money - what I've already done is $500 and to remove and snake toilet is another $250". WTH. Long story short, he ended up trying to snake the laundry room, then the master shower. Finally took apart the master toilet. Within 2 minutes (if that) of snaking, the clog was free. But that's not all. He pretended to reinstall toilet. Was not bolted down. called them back out, he said the seal was broken - by HIM of course. Tried replacing it, then gluing it down, and even glued the caps that cover the bolts. Left house in complete mess and tracked mud all through my house. I asked for refund, they offered $100. Slap in my face. Now I have a toilet that will most likely need to be replaced. with all the gum/glue and scratches/gouges in my toilet cover - it looks like TRASH. DO NOT EVER USE THEM. THEY ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE WHO DO HORRIBLE WORK.
