I took my daughter out on 5/17/2022 around 5pm-6pm my food come out microwaved I still had cold spots in my mashed potatoes and the steak was soggy and barely warm and the Mac and cheese was ok just not fresh when I checked out he took my card and asked if I wanted to tip I said no and explained my issues after charging my card he then ask if I want to talk to the manager which I did and she said since my card was charged nothing could be done but say sorry it won't happen again and I was overcharged **** I never received a receipt or signed anything approving the charge he wouldn't even let me see the screen I paid ***** so if you add 12.99+6.99+2.99+2.99 and sales tax how does that equal *****Business response
