Strongly recommend. Professional, polite and very attentive to my questions and concerns. I had storm damage and **** worked directly with the insurance agency. Anytime I had questions, responses were quick. They were on time for appointments and the cleanup was very thorough. I waited a couple of years to hire a roofer until I found the right one.Eastern Roof Technologies Response

Very professional staff on the phone and in person. I had roof problem and called bunch of places, Eastern Roof Technologies was the only place where they took time to listen to me and provide solutions since storm was hitting and they were able to sent a technician right away to tarp ******* and later replaced the roof with best quality shingles. **** was very professional and explained the whole process and did a great job. The customer service and response time was excellent! ***** is excellent at what he does and really is great with people. He was not pushy as we inspected the roof 8 months prior, and a roof was not needed. My roof looks great! I am very pleased.Eastern Roof Technologies Response

We recently has our roof repaired by ERT. I cannot tell you how many roofing companies knocked on our door to repair our roof that we passed up. It was important to us to use a company that was not only local but also came recommended. We value referrals and ERT came highly recommended to us. They did not disappoint. From our very first meeting with *****, we knew we had made the right choice. He not only took the time to explain the process, go over the different materials but also walked us through the insurance claim process. He was there with us when the appraiser came and was there when the job was being done to make sure everything was taken care of. The main office called to let us know when to expect materials and the workers were on time and very friendly and respectful. This turned out to be a great experience. We would recommend Eastern roof Technologies to all our friends and family. If what you want is reliability, ERT is the only choice.
