DO NOT trust these people. They asked us to put a deposit on a truck and said that if the truck didnt check out, we had nothing to worry about. They would refund our deposit. The truck was leaking and we decided against the purchase. First, they said they couldnt issue a refund because it was an **************** charge. They told us to come in for the $500 in cash. When we got there, they said they couldnt refund us because the guy we dealt with wasnt there. Its been months and they keep saying we waited too long to request a refund, when in actuality, the request was made within days of discovering the faulty vehicle. Its dealerships like this that give used car dealers a bad name.Initial Complaint

We thought the staff was amazing and would do anything to help us out but boy were we wrong. We bought a truck from CRG and didn't even have it for 2 weeks and the motor blew in the truck" The motor was warrantied so we paid to have it towed to this shop when it left us an hour and a half away from home on the side of the road and they say that they replaced the motor in the truck and had a bunch of different stories of what actually happened to the truck. We paid a huge down payment on the truck and have $30,000 in this truck now and they say it has another new motor and turbos on it but we have had this truck to two other certified diesel machanics and they say this motor has never been out of this truck and if so then how is the radio stations still were programmed where they were when we left it and how is all the screws and bolts still rusted to the motor and oil baked to the old manifold gaskets that were reused. Now still same problems as before it left for the shop, Hwy 16 Auto
