Worst Gym in America by far! This gym sends flyers to recovery homes and homeless shelter hoping a struggling person will come to there gym and sign there contracts! I was living in a recovery home more then 20 miles from the gym and had no car when they convinced me that I should sign up for there gym and that all types of people "like me" find a safe haven in there gym. It went great for about 2 months that was until I started having a hard time finding my way to the gym in between work and other obligations. Now one of the main reasons I was dumb enough to sign there contract was the lady that talked me into it promised me that I could put my membership on hold at anytime for as long as I needed to since I had a unique situation and that if I truly needed to cancel my contract she would "work with me" on it. We'll when that time finally came she was not the same lady that I had talked to the day I signed that contract. Even though it sent her home with that fat sign on bonus that week. She was incredibly mean and arrogant towards me she acted like we never had the conversation we did about how she would help me out if I needed to leave the gym, and then when I asked her what I have to do to try to cancel my membership she said they don't even handle payments and gave me some business card I had to call that left me on hold for over an hour just to hang up on me. Me being in a hard spot in my life and not having much money in my account I could not afford for them to withdrawal 60 dollars a month and countless amounts of random fees for stuff they never could quite explain from my account so I closed my bank account and made a new one. Fast forward 2 years, I am doing the best I have ever done in my entire life I take care of my family and run a business. So needless to say I have been working on my credit score and it has gone up to about 700 that was until Trufit gym put a derogatory mark on my credit account for the cancellation fee from 2 years ago! With out even trying to reach out to me. I am just so appalled by the way this was handled, to think they went back on everything they had said to me to get me to sign that contract, it makes me feel sick. So with that being said this gym is the worst and the people that work there are the heartless. I pray that if you find yourself in that "gym" you see through there deception and scams they way I did NOT.

I hate that there was confusion, but we have several membership options to choose from including a month to month agreement that allows you to cancel with just a written 30 day notice, ********** chose a different option. He called member services in July of 2019 to cancel for relocation and was given step by step instructions but he did not submit. He was also contacted on multiple occasions about the delinquent payments but never returned the calls. We are very clear on terms of our agreements and a copy was emailed to ********** for him to review on the day he joined.
