  ********************** sold me a set of dryers for a car wash. After payment he refused to send tracking information, then said the item was lost in shipping. He said he would refund the money, but he was full of excuses, he said the check was lost in the mail, his venmo no longer worked, and paypal wouldn't work either. I then sent a self address envelope to him with everything paid for including tracking, he said that it was dropped off to ***** but they lost it as well. When I asked him which ***** location it was so I could contact them he became angry and said he was to busy working and blocked me. He is running a scam selling items on ******** with no intention of sending the actual item.

  I did ship the stuff and somehow it got lost in shipping been trying to figure out where it went . I'm going to go ahead and send a refund to him with signature required this week i had to speak with a lawyer because he went on to all of my social media platforms and other sale sites and slandered me and told untrue things about me running a scam on face book which is not true. I've been selling used equipment for almost 2 years now and had no complaints and had a five star until the comments he left. I did block him because he was leaving these remarks and was calling me 4 or 5 times a day while i was trying to work . I had recently was in a ATV accident and have proof and been on bed rest for over 2 weeks i'm just now back up and moving and working i will send a refund but appreciate if he stops the harassment and slander thanks .

  I am rejecting this response because:
  ********************** owes me money for not providing the items I bought from his business Extreme Car Wash Repair and Services. I filed a complaint with the BBB and he assured me if I closed the complaint he would send me a check for the money he owes. He has then since given me a bad check and will not respond to me any longer. He was trying to deceive me as well as the BBB by faking making the refund. I attached a photo of the *** check.

  I had to wait for my bank to clear a deposit and sent proof of the email to customer i did not write a bad check i set up a apple pay account had the customer request and did it like that and he ripped up the check .
