My mother sold her used car to them and said she would get a check in **** business days. She brought the original title and the reassigned tile doc with her removing my father from the title as he had passed away. After 10 business days, they refused to provide the check until she presented the original reassigning doc, which she had already provided. I went to their office today and when I asked for the car back because she had not been paid, they finally admitted they had already sold the car. I demanded the check and the original title which they finally provided because they continued to indicate they need the reassigning document. Very shady business practices as I had the original title in hand and one of the employees asked if she could make a copy of the title. When she returned she only provided the copy to me and not the original. When I asked about the original she indicated she had been told not to return the original title to me. However, to provide the form they are asking for, I must have the original title. I am not sure what in the world is going on at this dealership but their business practices are unethical.Review from Brandon B

If you want to be screwed completely over please come here! I bought a 2015 truck that was 30k which yeah said they took 25k off the asking price but paperwork shows different. They said they would pay my car completely off and they gave me like 5k below what i owed on it. They lied about how much my payments would be. They dont follow the north ************ because I tried reversing this purchase 3 business days in a row the first one being the morning after. I took my truck down there to get it appraised because they said they would buy it back and I would have to pay ******** 2 days roll around and finance ********************* the liar told Me I owed ******** which is not what we agreeded on at all! These people have no morals at all when it comes to s******* people I wouldn't trust them ever to this day which is why I never did dealing with them alone I wished I would've read the reviews on ****** because when you leave a bad review on ******** they delete and block you because they know they're liars and don't want it to get out! They've cussed us and got in our faces they've acted like we didn't know what we was talking about at all which that's on them because something bigs about to happen! Headquarters 100 percent backs them up and sides with them regardless of all their reviews and everyone talking bad of them because it's fishy I've had over 30 people telling me they done the same to them but there again Headquarters is just letting it go on because they're money hungry just like they are they might of got one on us but they definitely will be paying for this!! And i can't wait to be smiling in their face when they do I've tried to be nice about the whole situation and I love the truck but it's only worth 22k and we didn't even know it had been wrecked 2 to 3 different times. Please stay clear from this place or you'll be sorry like I was!

All of the information when you purchase a vehicle is laid out in the contract. Your trade in vehicle was also paid off. Our headquarters office has looked into all of the accusations that you and your family have made against our staff in Morganton and none of those are found to be true. The vehicle has not been wrecked 2 or 3 times. The Carfax mentions 2 minor damages to the vehicle which was on the Carfax, presented to you and signed. You even mention the truck being worth 22k which you know is incorrect because one of our Sales People reached out a week or so after you purchased. She asked for referrals of people looking to sell their vehicles and it was asked if we would buy the truck back. We made an offer 2k more than you paid for it less than a month ago.
