I went into the store to order around 7:45. Not one person dining in and the drive thru just finished completing its only drive thru order. I stood there for ************************************************** ask if I needed help. Frustrated I left but turned around to come back and get the district/regional managers phone number. I asked for the manager inside and told her what had happened, and she apologized. I then asked for the regional/districts phone number, she initially said she could not give that to me, I insisted, and she gave me the managers number- ***** 704*###*####. I called ***** and explained I was a customer and only he was concerned with was where I got his number from. I told him his manager inside gave me the number, he said one of two things happened. Either one of his people messed up and gave me his number or I am a liar- his words exactly "I am a liar". I asked him what did I do "pull his number out of thin air". He said with attitude again I was lying. THAT WAS HIS ONLY CONCERN- where I go his number. Bad experience be dam, just where did I get his number. He showed his ignorance in numerous ways- attacking a customer, displacing my issue but more importantly had ***** dealt with my me in a professional manner it would have ended there but his arrogance and huberious were nauseating. Had he implored common sense you guys would not have known what a whack job he was. I actually experienced the same situation 3 out of the last 4 visits in this store- Locust NC. IF this is the best you guys can do then you might want to find a better business model that fits your inept manager model. I will never venture into that store again every, I live in *******, ** the sister city to ****** and am 4 generations deep in this community. I literally know everyone and will do my part to make sure none of the people in our community are subjected to this behavior
