I contact Ms. ****** about my fiancé surprise party on Jan29th,2022. She gave me her number ,we talked about my budget, my vision for the party. I asked for a masquerade theme for my fiancé for desserts milk chocolate coved pretzel with drizzle on it, rice crispy treats with drizzle milk chocolate, gold , black & purple drizzle. Milk chocolate covered strawberries with the colors purple , gold and black. Masquerade theme cookies with “happy birthday Kelly” ,” 40 & fine “ ,a masquerade mask cookie. I sent this lady a pictures of how I wanted it. I asked for an arch ballon. A shimmer wall with the “happy birthday” sign because it’s was suppose to be a birthday photo opp. A customize banner with his picture on it. Ms. ****** made a mock up which is draw out of how the party will be set up , with everything that I wanted including the tables. I paid this lady $920 in total. 4 payments on square of $810 & 2 payments of $105 & $5 on *******. Everything was good up until the day.When the ladies were setting up for the party I kept asking them if I can see but she kept telling me their busy & she’ll face time me afterwards, I kept calling texting because I wanted to see how everything looked and the desserts as well. She lied & said her phone was in her car but I know for a fact it was with her because the lady of the venue told me “she kept saying uggh this lady is annoying she keeps calling me”. Ms. ****** and ****** promise me that everything was understood a week leading up to the day of the party that everything was going to be accurate and what I received was complete different then what we agreed on and talked about. I feel use , abused & played with. I work hard for my money & I trusted these ladies to do a great job & they let me down. They took my money & did whatever that was wanted to do. After I addressed the situation via text they blocked me on iMessage & Instagram &wrote me an email stating that they apologize & that it was a miscommunication but it was not.
