Business ProfileforCambria Hotel Raleigh-Durham Airport

I booked a room through booking.com on march12 through the 14 with the rate being $270 after tax . The check in time was 3pm but we had arrived several hours early due to it being an unexpected stay. So i called into the hotel while sitting in the parking lot and asked if we could check in early i also asked what all i needed to bring in with me to check in like confirmation number stuff like that he said a id, ands major credit card that can have $50.00 deducted from it! Well i told him i have an id but its on my telephone because this is my 3rd id card that has been stolen out misplaced so i took a picture of it when i first got it. *** i also told him i dont have a major credit card only cash app and secu debit card but they dont have $50.00 on them which thats why i booked through the website. So he told me that we could not check in due to those two reasons So afterwardsi called booking.com and informed them what was going on *** to cancel my reservation they called the hotel for me and sent them a letter asking the hotel to confirm that they werent going to charge my card because of us not competing reservation. The hotel said they wouldnt as well as booking. Com i spoke to several people at booking.com app stating the same thing basically we had to sleep in our car that night! Well two days later i see a charge pop up in my account where ******************** tried to charge 140$ that didnt go through and then again tried to charge a second time but this time they tried to charge 126$ *** the third attempt they charged my card for $143bringing my account into the negative $143 so every deposit sent to my cash app went towards paying the negative balance until it was paid so i went over a week broke because of this. I have called Cambria and booking.com both companies tell me through several different calls talking to different people each time they all say neither one has charged my card but i have the statement from bank proving they did. And so now Im stuck with paying for this hotel that we didnt get to stay at and not because we didnt show up because we were there several hours before check in so after the attempts to the hotel ands booking.com i disputed through cash app and they have denied the dispute. So basically they are allowing this business to steal my money.
