We rented two rooms from Feb *****th 2024. The rooms were dirty and we asked several times for both rooms to be cleaned in the 4 days we were staying at this Hilton. They cleaned just one of our rooms once and skipped the room we also stayed in just next door (rooms 308 and 310). Garbage wasn't removed and the rooms smelled awful. We couldn't even have anyone meets us at the room due to the smell. The shower curtain was so small it allowed water to pour out onto the floor and I almost slipped several times. There were large black bags of garbage at the elevator doors for 2 days. We were offered complimentary cocktails at the bar to make up for all the issues with our dirty rooms and then they charged our room for the cocktails. Zero resolution and a lot of attitude from the front staff was what we received. Definitely not what was expected from a Hilton. By the end of our stay I could write my name in the dust accumulated on the end tables and dresser. The bedding was falling apart. I filed a formal complaint with the company on the 26th and they have not reached out. So very disappointed. *** stayed in a motel 6 that was far better.
