On January 21, **** I rented a Uhaul truck from *************** located in ***********, **. I got to the location to pick up the truck at 9am, nobody was there so I called the number and had to wait for the man to get to the store. I checked in and got keys to the truck. Got to my assigned truck and checked the levels of gas and it was just above half a tank. which is also stated in the email i received from the company upon pickup. I returned the truck around 2:30 on the 21st. Nobody was there and nobody answered the phone so I took keys to the drop box located in the back of the building. I attempted to check the vehicle in on the app but it would not go through. I called the store the next morning to check everything was okay but once again nobody answered and I had to leave a message. Today, January 24, **** they charged my card an additional fee because they said I didn't put gas back in the vehicle when I did and returned it back to the same level I received the truck. They also said I kept the truck an additional day. I had my dad call the store to speak to someone because he was the one who drove the truck and the guy proceeded to hang up on my father. This place was extremely rude and very unhelpful. I will never use them again.
