              I want to make others aware of this company so they don't end up in my situation. We purchased a building from this company. Everything went great we thought. When it was time to do interior work we realized the installers installed the door in the wrong spot (they were given blue prints). I contacted them on June 28th about getting the material to correct the problem. I was told as soon as they were in the area they would deliver what I needed. Today August 9th I was told they would not be sending me the material. Amanda and Chelsea were very rude and hung up on me when I told them I would contact the BBB. I was willing to pay for this material just to get my problem solved!!!! Please beware of this business. Read reviews before going with them. I wish I had. Probably explains the change in business phone number and name. I am uploading the text sent to Chelsea and her lack of communication and pushing me off on Amanda who would not answer my calls. I had to use friends/family members phones to get them to even answer.

              This company A+ carports and owners should never be allowed to operate a buisness. Lied time and time again on when my shed would be delivered. Ordered March of 2021 called many times throughout the least 10 months. Chelsea always said we would be scheduled in the next week. Lies.... Not everyone has money to throw away on a deposit. $300 dollars lost. Won't answer phone anymore. Sad part is no one knows they are being ripped off until its too late. You order from a dealer and they got there money (deposit). That's when you are told from then on top deal with the manufacture. I just hope people get wise to how easy it is to lose your money to these scammers. Have a local person build or build it yourself and save time and money. A lot of people in area are on same situation lost money to local dealer ordering products (sheds) from Chelsea's 3 buisness names. Needs to be stopped. No more lies Chelsea!
