  Started back in June of 2023 have some leaks and they never finished my building. Been talking to several people at this company. They all said they would send someone to fix and finished my building still waiting please help. All this was still in the warranty period. they still have not called me back have all the text and emails.

  this has been going on for over a year and a half. I have talked to three different people who said they will come and Fix My Building never have they do not call me back. They have not they sent one person to look at it and never came back to finish and I have gotten nowhere with them. I have a two leaks in my building and other stuff that has not been replaced or fixed even when it was under warranty, I had a warranty they still have done nothing I have piles Text messages please help

  Alpha builders had a company build our 70x30 metal house shell. Was completed in 7-9-21, the shell. They talked me into buying a bubble wrap to keep moisture out. Well when they installed the wrap they never cut it out down the rig line of the house. This not being done didn’t let the attic have ventilation. All the hot air was trapped in the attic. Doing so caused excessive moisture buildup in the attic. Which in turn dripped through the ceiling onto our floors. Only happens when it’s lower temperatures at night like around freezing then temperature rises quickly in the morning. I had to buy a dehumidifier and put in the attic to help. I’ve contacted alpha builders several times about this. Only to never get a return call. Had to have my contractor come and remove ridge vent that was being blocked by the bubble wrap and cut bubble wrap out the whole 70’ feet of the roof line. Then they installed a hard plastic ventilation piece under the ridge vent as to let the attic vent hot air out. At the cost of 550.00 dollars. Am not happy with this situation. Thanks

  We had to permit the metal structure we purchased from the company and upon inspection it was missing all of the wall bracings for the front and rear areas of the structure. We have call over 20 times and Oliver will not return our phone calls and the secretary keeps making excuses for him not to speak with us. We are unable to get our building permitted until this issue is resolved. In the picture below all of the black lines represent the missing pieces.

  On November 22, 2021, I ordered a 24 x 37 x 11 Pewter Grey/Quaker Grey/White, 14 framing gauge steel building structure, with a promised delivery date of 4 - 6 weeks weather permitting (see attached Purchase Order). At that time, they requested a down payment of $2,409.66 (see attached receipt). Alpha Structures vendors out the installation of the structure to third party vendor/contractor. On December 3, 2021, approximately 1 1/2 weeks after the contract was signed, the contractor that was to do the install, called and said they would be unable to do the install until the early spring. This was unacceptable since this structure was purchased with the sole intent of housing motorcycles and other vehicles and tools to be protected from the inclement weather. I immediately called Alpha Structures and asked for the down payment back since they were not going to be able to full fill their end of the contract. I gave them the down payment in good faith with the intention I would have a structure completed within the designated promised timeframe. I am hoping the Better Business Bureau will be able to make them see the injustice of keeping the down payment. Thank you for your time. **** ***

  Approx Aug 2021 I inquired costs to purchase 30x50 metal structure. After many emails and calls placed a deposit with Alpha Structures. Was informed in writing they have built many bldg’s in FL and provided ******* videos and their web page. After weeks of no contact I inquired as to my bldg. Always an excuse for no delivery. 11 weeks and at the last minute was told delivery would be in a few days. Had asked for Blueprints for months. At last minute prints provided for extra $1500 charge and charged to overnight. Then truck broke down. Eventually showed up and put bldg up in 2 days. Demanded payment immediately. Told them it needed to pass permitting as I had stated many, many times. Received many text and email threats. Phone calls began. I paid them $11,000 which was half to stop the harassment. Other half when passed permit. They didn’t stop phone calls, text messages from 4 different numbers, emails …. Stated same thing would pay when passed permit. They sent people to my home and sat in truck on my property threatening to lock building. Told them they were tress passing. They said they had rights to building. Called sheriff. Wouldn’t come out because they had moved their truck across the street. I video taped him and got his license. The threats continue. Failed permit. Have no idea what to do anymore but I fear for my safety.
