on Aug 25th we were told that the job would take 3 weeks. On Sept 9th we inquired about the status of the fence. He told us that they were a week behind due to rain. On Sept 28th we called Ben ******* and let him know a hurricane was coming and we needed to be in the new house which means the fence needed to be up. We moved in on Oct 4th and the fence poles were just being set. Ben told us it would take about 2-3 days to get it completed. On Oct 13th his crew said they were done and wanted final payment. My husband ******* ****** inspected the fence on the find there were no latches on the two gates, gates were installed incorrectly and parts of the fence were loose. Ben said the latches were on order and should arrive no later then Oct 17th. To this day Oct 26 he still has not put the latch on the back gate nor addressed the loose chain link sections. His crew also left excess fencing leftovers in the yard.Customer response
