      My experience, once they receive your deposit, you are on your own with whatever manufacturer they represent in your area. Never again for me.

      The customer did have unexpected issues with the manufacture. This was the second unit that he purchased from us. The first install was 100% success but it was with another manufacturer. The second install was delayed and the installation crew missed the scheduled install and it is understandable that **************** was upset, as were we. We were in contact with the manufacturer and did everything in our power to resolve the issue. We are sorry for the issues that took place but in no way did we leave the customer to resolve this issue on his own. That is not how we do business. Again, we sincerely appreciate the **************** and his business and will strive to do our very best when these situations arise.

      Brandon was so helpful and patient with my million questions about the RV port we wanted. We are very please with how it turned out, the installers were great, cleaned up thier mess, and our new RV is now tucked away perfectly for the winter. Definitely recommend this company for any metal building you are looking to have installed.

      I want a large carport installed before winter, but there is no way to make contact with this company to have a discussion. I called the 844 number but no one answered, I got a recorded message that does not allow customers to leave a message. I sent emails to the customer service email address and the webmaster address and both were returned undeliverable because those email addresses were either not valid or cannot receive email. I guess the customers who wrote glowing reviews were lucky to have found a way to make contact and get their jobs done.

      Our phone system certainly allows for voicemails and we encourage anyone to reach out to us, especially during normal business hours. Additionally, our [email protected] email address is valid and we receive hundreds of emails to it monthly. Since the email was returned, it is very likely that it was not spelled correctly. Upon searching the messages in our email box, the only reference to the compaintant's name in our email folder is reference by the BBB notice of review. Please reference our BBB rating. It speaks for itself. Wishing the complaintant all the best.

      Jason and the team at Cardinal were very professional, answered all my questions and delivered when they said they would. The only improvement could be on the days leading to the structure being erected it was difficult to confirm if and at what time they would arrive the last 2-3 days prior to scheduled build. Understanding weather is a factor trying to schedule is a challenge. I had to travel from out of state and traveling for work I needed to know and confirm each of the 2-3 days prior to the build and was difficult to get clear information if we we proceeding or not. The team did show up on the day planned and worked Very Hard in muddy conditions to complete the job. All in all great job but daily communication in the 2-3 days leading to start date would be an improvement.

      I was very sceptical at first because the quote I got from Jason F**** and Cardinal Carports was so low. Jason was so polite and helpful to do business with. He and Cardinal bent over backwards getting me information I needed to get the permit that I had to have. The whole experience went very well.

      Brandon took such good care of me when I was deciding on a building. I was battling cancer at the time so it was hard to get back to him in a timely fashion, but he was always patient and never pushed me to hurry and make a decision. Amazing customer service. Highly recommend.
