On Tuesday, February 21st, we were provided a quote from this company to insulate the walls of our new home under construction. We confirmed that we accepted the quote and we were put on schedule with a "you are confirmed" date of March 2nd and we will call you the day before to let you know we are coming. On February 28th, I advised them that we were waiting on Spectrum to let us know when they could run our internet wiring and that I would call them on March 1st. I did so, having to leave a msg for Rosie D*** (who provided the quote) to let her know we were good on our side and set for 3/2. she called me back at 4:23 p on 3/1 to let me know she was sorry, that there was a problem with the inspection of another job and we were bumped to the next week on Wednesday and, again, she would call me on Tuesday, 3/7, to let me know what time they would be there. We never heard so my husband called them on 3/7 and they said we're sorry, "he" didn't put you back on the schedule (although, per my conversation with Rosie, we were never taken off the schedule). At this time, I've had to bump our sheetrock installer and our bathroom tile installer, who doesn't have another opening for 6 weeks and we are clueless about when we are going to be able to proceed with the work. On 3/7, my husband was also told that it was me who asked them to put us off because of the internet wiring which is totally untrue and, if Rosie were honest, she would admit that. This company has caused more stress and frustration than any other service provider with whom we've ever interacted. Our contempt over this situation is over the top. And, on top of it all, when providing the quote for a $2570.00 job, they wanted $1028.00 UP FRONT! I would never recommend these people!
