Purchased a 7x16 cargo trailer from this company in January. Paid 50% down towards balance. Was told when I made purchase that it would be March that I would receive item. Called, text, emailed end of February. Inbox was full. No response. Received a text end of March that they were still waiting on supplies. Called again month later, text, and emailed no response. Drove mt airy only to find a frame assembled. Spoke with Jon in May and was told they were working on mine and others. Asked when would it be ready and to send progress pictures. No answer. Have no clue if it will ever be ready. Company won't follow up with me.Business response

Good afternoon, due to Covid 19 the supply chain has been difficult and has caused orders to be pushed at later dates than original due dates. Covid 19 has also caused US Trailer to be under staffed. we apologize for the inconvenience on your experience with US Trailer as we are working to make improvements on our customer services. We have reimbursed **** ******* for the full down payment that was made to US Trailer on 6/17/2022.

Purchased a cargo trailer and paid 50% down on credit card from us trailer manufacturing in January 2022. Was told it would be March and company would update me with progress. No one would answer my emails or text. Mailbox was full. Kept trying and trying owner finally answered and said it would be a few more weeks that he was working on other customers trailers while working on mine. Same story numerous times. Tried last week to call, text, and email. No response. Asked to send update progress pictures no reply.
