              The Cable Company (new name Peachtree Broadband Fiber) is not providing the services that I pay for. I pay for a full month of internet and only have internet part of the time. This issue has been going on for close to 2 months and is affecting hundreds of customers. The internet goes out 12+ times a day, sometimes for hours at a time. I, and several others, have contacted Peachtree Broadband Fiber several times to discuss resolving the issue and nothing has been done. We have asked for a discount due to all the outages and have been told no. While I understand that occasional outages happen beyond the companys control but not for 2 months straight.

              Me and my fianc have had their service for over two years. The Internet is out 45% of the time for absolutely no reason theyre not working on it theres not a cloud sky. Its a beautiful day trying to work on mine and its off its really great when everything in your house is controlled by the Internet, I cant turn on lights adjust the heating, anything because the Internet is off. You cant call them on the weekends because theyre closed. Cant get up with them on holidays because theyre closed and even if you call and report an outage, they act like youre full of p*** and say I dont see any outages in your area , well thats funny. Why is my Internet not working? **************** is extremely rude.
