    ******** told me in January that I needed to select a new medical home because even tho provider accept it they did not re enroll in preferred physician part when they changed addresses. ******** will not pick up when primary don't pay until they re enroll. They called in March or April told me I owed $900. I asked for a itemized bill & the corrected Group NPI since I wanted to keep her as a doc. Staff says they will call back. I got 1 phone call saying I owed a $900 doctor ***** I have never seen. Last week I was told there was no such thing as an itemized bill. Pay it or it goes to collections and I would not be getting a new Group NPI number. Old one was right. It isn't. Her staff told me I am not comprehending that. I did have a different primary insurance but ******** would have paid secondary if they had fixed it. It's a billing error on their part. NOW I can't go to doctor because ******** told me they will not pay a doctor who is not in participating physician network. I need to see a doctor soon. I am not doing good. And her office has yet to re enroll under new address. The staff was so mean on the phone I am afraid to go back in there anyway. I don't want them to do that to me in front of people. One of the girls said to me on the phone. " This is A business. Pay your bill" . If they say they will call back, they dont. I thought the patients were the business. They are asking me to blindly hand over $900 without a bill or statement. I can't even get information to fill out any claim forms. I do not owe this money. I am fully covered by ******** whether or not they accepted primary. The dentist, eye doctor, and denture places all were covered even though they didn't accept primary. Because they had correct Participating Physicians in network. This provider would have gotten paid too but they chose to insult me and cause me to run out of meds instead of listening to me and checking on Preferred Physician network not just network acceptance.
