      5/24: Called to request tech come service our heating/cooling system. AC not working. 5/26: Tech comes. Uses my personal cellphone during visit to make calls and ****** troubleshooting steps. Says new 'board' is needed. 5/27: Called company due to not hearing about part being ordered. Receives quote of $600 for part and labor. Part is ordered. 6/2: Tech comes out and advises 2nd part is needed as new board didn't resolve issue. Tech shows "broken board" which all wires are clearly connected. Tech proceeds to bend wires back and forth to show they are broken (they were not prior to him bending). Wife calls office to voice concerns regarding parts being left everywhere, dirt/dust on new couch due to parts being left there, asks for ETA on resolution, requests for new tech, etc. No apology but office manager, Regina B**** advises they'll try to send new tech. 6/10: Called company due to no communication. Office advises 2nd part was ordered (w/o any communication w. us) and tech coming out same day. Same tech installs 2nd part and advises 3rd part needed. Tech raises voice when I question need for part, wife comes down stairs as she hears tech getting loud. Tech gets loud w. wife and complains that she called office on him. Wife tells tech to leave. 6/10: Calls company to request new tech and give recap of experience. Service Manager, Craig B**** is unapologetic, doesn't give resolution, and is not listening/responding during parts of call. Says 3rd part will be ordered and arrive in a few days. Promises a different tech will be sent out. 6/22: No further communication received from company. Our unit inside is still torn apart. So many more details can be shared, including same tech admitting to not servicing our upstairs unit in March as we had paid him to do. I don't understand how 3 major parts were needed for this unit, yet the heat worked perfectly. Our unit inside is still torn apart with no ETA on a resolution. Need help in resolving issue.

      On July 2 called your establishment and requested a service call, that the fan on the heat pump inside blower was making a thud when it shut off. The person explained that it would be tomorrow and I said that would be fine I didnt want it to stop in the current heat. A person called at 11:27 said he was on his way. I explained what the fan was doing, but it was really cool in the house and it wouldnt make the thud. The lead man proceeded to check out the blower. He said it was a bearing going bad in the motor and said he could replace the motor with one he had on his truck, he also explained that if it took more time we would be charged for another hour. I also asked them to clean the blower fan while they had it apart. After they got it back assembled they turned it on and I came back into the room and said it was way too loud, the lead said it was because they had the door off the unit. He presented me with the bill and I wrote them a check. I called them back because when the fan blower cut off it made the thud. They came back and it made the thud again, plus it is loud compared to what we had, said he couldnt hear it (I didnt realize he has a hearing problem) but the other person heard the thud. Thats when the lead man said it might be the coupling that attached the fan was slipping and it might need a new one of them. He said he get someone to check on the price of a new fan coupling or fan. I ran a test on this and it is 92 decibels. I called and talked to the same person that scheduled the service called and tried to explain the circumstances to her and found her to be rude, saying we had an emergency motor put on and it would be louder saying she would have someone check on a fan motor replacement for the Unit we have and give us a price no one has called. I know why this company has gone to pay when they come out. It wasn't this way personnel that knew what they were doing and was honest.
