      on 10/22/22 myself and my boyfriend **** **** purchased a car and a truck, after the purchase we noticed that the bumper was loose on the car and the dash board had been moved out of place on the car , we looked further and seen that the passenger side door and been taped off and the car painted , painters tape remained inside the door hinge so i investigated the car more and found out that in fact the car had been in a wreck by car fax. we then asked them to take the car back ,i called the bank and told them , the car lot said they would in fact fix all the damage ,after several trips to the lot and promises to fix it on 11/30/22 they repaired the dashboard and sent me back home with the car , on 12/6/22 they picked the car and gave me a loaner car ,the first car had to be returned for flat tires , i had to take to ***** ******* to get repaired , and pick up another car on 12/9/22 now on 12/12 they call and say they are refusing to repair the bumper of the car and the damaged rim . they asked me to pay for it . i just looked at the car and it has been glued and dented buy the bumper and a few scratches added . they also did not change out the rim on the car that was scratched and marred on the passenger side . at this point i may want a another car at their cost , that was their comment to me . repair the car at your cost we bought a extra protection plan ,but it doesnt cover that .

      I really thought we went above and beyond what we were required to do. The customer purchased one used car and came back a day later and said that because of what her family said to her about that car she didn't want it so we then trade her out of that car at our expense, second time the car that she then picked out test drove and was happy with she bought it and it was preowned as well a couple days later she came back in and stated that she didn't like this vehicle because of issue  with bumper and dash she also stated that the car was involved in accident however we use Auto Check and that report indicated no accident reported, yet we still took her car to service fixed the dash to her satisfaction as well as sent car to body shop to have the bumper worked on as well. No matter what we did the customer seemed unsatisfied even though we explained to her she bout the car as is. I have attached a copy of Auto Check that clearly shows no accident and Mr. **** and Mrs. **** both signed off on that as well. I am sorry customer is not satisfied and we tried very hard to make her happy.

      In the case of my purchase at LBJ Chevy in Nashville, North Carolina I was there for approximately two or three hours waiting for them to figure out what my average would be as far as equity and my used vehicle. They took my vehicle down to $1500 and I paid $1700 for a new motor on the a/c and then four new tires just last year $700. They also made me come back for for a clean up on the new car but there are still issues with dings on the hood and drivers side door. Which I pointed out to the dealer from Virginia the issue on the driver side door. I didn't see the damage on the hood until after it was washed. Then the interior was never cleaned at all. I've been wearing long sleeves and there's someone else's arm juices on the door. I need some repairs on this vehicle which should include a full storage of the vehicle on there bill. They did not do the proper thing with this vehicle nor spellings out what was wrong with the vehicle at first before having me to sign all of those documents. And I need to let you know that I am a disabled women that can barely walk but need a newer vehicle since my 2005 car had been broken into several times.

The dent on the hood was not noticeable until it was cleaned the next day. I was told by the dealer that nothing would be done. I was there three times the day I purchased the vehicle the day after then a third time to have the vehicle looked at for damages. The vehicle was washed on the outside of only, it wasn't attended at all on the inside. All arm juices still on the light Grey door doors. Upholstery not attended to so why would I come back to the same place or Roanoke Rapids. In case you didn't notice I am disabled and very much in pain to sit and wait for a job not well done. Please send a check so I can get my vehicle done appropriately Thank you
