I had a new roof put on my place last March, One year ago paid in full.September 19 of this year I noticed a leak in the overhang in my yard, this is part of the new roof.I have communicated several times as well as showed videos of it leaking. They have come out once to do a repair once to look at the situation. It has been almost 6 months and it is still leaking with nothing in the works of how to resolve this. I sent a video on Thursday, March 2 to the owner of Storm Guard in *********************** and I received no reply. I am looking for help to resolve this issue so that more damage isnt being done by having the roof leak in the plywood on the roof rottingBusiness response

Thanks for reaching out. We are aware of *************************** concerns and have been in contact with her since this issue was first reported. After three service calls investigating the source of the leak, unfortunately we still have not yet located the source but have narrowed it down to siding and associated trim in the area. Regardless of the source, we are committed to finding the root cause and making a permanent repair for her. Our next targeted service call is the week of 4/28/24.
