      On February 11, 2022 I purchased an Unspeakable backpack set that included 4 items. The order they sent arrived on March 5,2022. It was a backpack only. The order confirmation confirmed 4 items and the shipment notice said 4 items in the shipment. I contacted the company by email and received a reply that said I ordered the backpack only. I want the complete order or a prepaid shipping label to return the backpack for a full refund. The items in the order were an Unspeakable BACKPACK, SHOULDER BAG, LUNCH BAG AND PENCIL BAG. I received the backpack only.

Consumer Response /* (3000, 9, 2022/03/21) */ It is a VERY DECEPTIVE description. It never gave me an option to choose anything. It also said there were 4 items in the shipment. I am writing this off as a bad purchase and I will be sure and tell everyone I know not to buy from you. I consider FirstCorset a very dishonest company.       I ordered a book bag for my son on february 2,2022 Inever got the item so I emailed the company and the said that my order was on way and sent me a shipping info. I never got the bag so zi requested a refund because it's been 3 weeks already and no book bag. *********** is who has been responding to my emails sends me a invoice that says that my package was delivered to my mailbox I believe it was February 24 . I never saw or received the book bag so I told her that and requested a refund. She never offered to ship me another one or a refund. I want a refund because I'm not about to wait another 3-4 weeks for another book bag so I prefers a refund so I can buy him another book bag somewhere else. She keeps emailing me the invoice that she got that says my book bag was delivered so I decided ok since they won't refund me I'll ask for another book bag or a refund whichever they prefer and i'm still getting a email with the invoice so zi put in a claim with ****** because that's who I used to pay them. At this point I just want mu 31.99 refund.

      This bag is poor quality and literally ripped at the seams after only two weeks of use. I contacted the seller, provided pictures and requested a refund. I was told it was of good quality, to which I replied it obviously was not and again requested a refund. The seller is trying to tell me "We've had a test that put some books,note books which weights 8.8lb and hang it on the doornob for several days,but the backpack it still in good condition,we will keep hang it until 20days to check whether it would broken or not." Perhaps the one I received is defective, but a bookbag should not be torn at the seams after only two weeks of actual use. I would like a full refund for the product and caution others against purchasing anything from this company, which also goes by *************.
