      Tanning bed order delivered 4/22 @ 2:40 pm. The packaging and tanning bed unit was completely smashed and damaged. The packaging was opened by the delivery driver to view the damaged product. The order was refused/damaged. I attempted to contact customer service 3 times via leaving name and number. Finally received a return call. Advised them to NOT send replacement. I already wasted 1/2 work day waiting on freight carrier only to receive damaged product. **************** rep was completely rude. Advised ***** to refund FULL original charge. I did not cancel the original order. It was received damaged. I advised I did not want another shipped. The cancellation charged on their website are ready as if the customer requests a return or cancellation of product in good working order. THIS WAS NOT. ***** NEED TO REIMBURSE FULL ORIGINAL CHARGE. THEY ARE HOLDING 20% CANCELLATION CHARGE AND THAT IS THEIR FAULT - NOT MINE

      BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! Please research this seller before buying. They have an F rating with Better Business Bureau. Many complaints about not getting items when told and the sales people only want your money and provide no customer service or follow up to orders. We are now 10 weeks in to what was suppose to be a 4 to 6 week turn around for 5 beds. They now have 20k of our money and we still do not have a ship date despite our business now losing money because of their untruthfulness. Please do your research! They also operate under different variables of their company name.

      Tanning bed place emailed me wanting me to send my bank card info via email and I did not feel comfortable so we called and he told us that no money was going to be taken off the card until it shipped which will be around 2 months, and got off phone and got a email from my bank the ***** was taken out of my account, I was confused so we started to ****** reviews on this place and the place has been out of business for years, and all reviews on them on many sites are over 5-7 years old. The address comes to a house, then another address is closed. Everything is very scammy and I tried to call and they blocked me so I emailed ***** and told him I want a refund now, he did finally email back and said if I cancel that I will never be able to ever buy from them ever again and I said cancel now and thank you. He said he did and would take 5-7 business days to get refund well I wait and nothing so I emailed him again and he emailed back saying he just sent through that if it gets approved that I will get refund I. 2 weeks. I emailed him back saying its already been 2 weeks and you are just doing it now?! He has no intentions on refunding and is a scam artist as many people have complained and I want my money back NOW!!! I will *** this man if I can find him because hes a scam artist. PLEASE HELP GET MY MONEY BACK NOW. As seen in photos is the first time he said he would refund and then again where is said he just just did. He is trying to by more time for his thieving ways and its not happening

      Ordered a tanning bed from ***** Tanning/ Master Tanning. Did not received a receipt, delivery info or confirmation and was immediately debited from my checking account. Numerous unanswered calls and emails. Finally email saying will refund in **** days. After 14 days no refund. Address where they have business listed shows permanently closed.

      Purchased a tanning be in October, did down payment of $300 and decided to cancel not interested anymore too spendy. So had email ***** back and forth to get refund and nothing. Continues to apologize for delay or he'd check and nothing. It is now November 17, 2022, and still no money!

      Looking into tanning beds I had the misfortune of running into this company. I had previously purchased a 5,000 dollar new tanning bed in 2000 & all was smooth,honest straight up business,couldn’t have been more satisfied with ***! Greatful I had this experience with *** because that is what started sending loud red flags to me when talking with a {*****} about my thoughts on possible buying another bed in the near future.His answers his quick talk his wrap it up line like he’d been doing exactly this same thing for years & I told him I didn’t need a brochure after all & I was no longer interested.I had given him my credit card information because I thought I was buying some tanning lotion then going over my questions **** I’ve said I knew he was a theif! So I tell him I’m no longer interested & cancel the lotion also. My first bed purchased from *** Brand New in 2000 was a pleasant honest Quality purchase with fantastic people! Lotion canceled not intrested in anything he will ever have & simply shaking my head feeling the guy was not ligit he was taking peoples hard earned money! My mail has been late arriving to me and last week I just reviewed my August charge card statement & he actually charged me 49.00for nothing. Stole my money! I read complaints here looks like that 49.00 is what everyone had put down for purchase of bed! I’m checking my other 2 months cards & will do everything to Prosecute him. *******

      I ordered a tanning bed with a $400 down payment on May 31, 2022. Sent all the references, money and signed the loan documents on May 31, 2022. I was told the entire process of production and shipping would take approximately 3-4 weeks. I contacted them after 5 weeks and was told my tanning bed was scheduled for production that week. I said it had beef 5 weeks already and why had it not been even “built” yet. My first payment due date is approaching on my loan on July 22, 2022. I still have no shipping information and no tanning bed. Every time I contact the sales person I dealt with I get the same answer that my tanning bed is scheduled for production this week. It was been almost 7 weeks and still no shipping information. I would like to cancel the entire order and get my deposit back.

      I was going to purchase a tanning bed with a 49.00 down payment. They sent me the contract and interest was 23%. I emailed ***** back and said I was not going to sign or purchase and asked for my down payment back. He refuses to refund me. Says it was a doc fee, there was never any mention of a doc fee. It was a down payment, I have all my emails stating down payment, there is no doc fee stated anywhere on their website. This is fraud! I've uploaded the email where he says the 49.00 "down payment"

      Ordered a tanning bed online that was supposed to be black, with a cooling fan, have an audio player, and a decorative base. They sent me a damaged gray bed with no cooling fan, no audio system and no decorative base. I emailed them immediately & they told me to deal with it and that they would not send me the correct bed unless I wanted to wait another 6 weeks and that they would not refund my money. They were rude in every email and even tried to say it was all my fault. They said they were the only tanning bed manufacturers in the USA and I wouldn't get another tanning bed so just deal with what I got. This is not true of course but they do seem to like themselves, however I cannot for the life of me figure out why.

      I purchased a tanning bed on 07/12/21 with a 12 month same as cash option. I made a $49 down payment and was advised I was approved. I have had no further communication with the dealer. I email the sales rep on 08/06 to get an estimated time of delivery. I have attempted to contact them via phone on several occasions of which I did not document but currently have documented a call each day for the last three days (9/27, 9/28 & 9/29) with no response. If you press zero for the operator, one of two things happen - you are either kicked out of the system completely or you get a recording stating no one is available to answer your call. Today, I went one step further and entered ext. #*** in hopes of getting any live human and left a message for someone named *****. I simply want to know when/if I will receive my purchase. At this point I am concerned as they have my Social Security #, my banking information and my down payment (the down payment is the least of my concerns).
