Tried to purchase a vehicle. The salesman wouldn't answer my questions. Only wanted me to come by the dealership. Explained I was out of state and just wanted to make sure this was the right vehicle for me. They were not interested in answering very simple questions about the car.

!!BUYERS BEWARE!! IF YOU DO BUY FROM HERE GET THE WARRANTY. If I could give zero stars I would. I was sold a 2012 ****** Forester outright, a car that's worth about 5-6k I paid over 10k for because that's just how it works (NOT THE ISSUE). At first I was very happy. I had a seemingly suitable vehicle (PAID IN FULL) that I wanted to take very good care of for as long as possible. I am not a "car" person. I assume everything is going to work accordingly. WRONG. 4 months (ONLY 4 MONTHS) after buying this vehicle the engine blew up because there was no oil and an apparent leak. The sensors never came on claiming the oil was low or to check the engine. NOTHING. The odometer sticker that PURE 1 AUTO put on the inside window reads 166k til my next oil change. My car currently read 164k so you assume that's accurate. They either neglected to fix the oil leak, didn't notice it, or just simply didn't care. From the moment I purchased the vehicle there were no visible oil leaks underneath my vehicle at all, with that being said I know for a fact that my car had no oil in it since I drove it off the lot. 4 months later, my engine blows with no indication from the sensors that something could be wrong. So TWO MAJOR things wrong with the vehicle they sold me. The buying process was extremely fast. *** barely explained anything to me. The owner claims they "highly recommend" the warranty but that couldn't be further from the truth. This establishment just wants your money like everyone else. They had no problem telling a single mother and a Veteran to this Country that there was nothing they could do for me because I didn't sign a piece of paper. I can no longer get my child to school or myself to work. To get the engine fixed is 8k. A 5k car turned into 10k in PURE 1 AUTOS pocket and a complete loss of vehicle for me. The hardships that PURE 1 AUTO has put me through is cruel. Nonetheless, a learning ******* which is why I am sharing this review EVERYWHERE. BUYERS BEWARE!!

Purchased a 2013 **** fusion and have had trouble with it since I received the vehicle. Was promised that everything would be fixed and it has not. I was told that I had a 30 days to return the vehicle and *** returned it back to them but have not received my refund from them the boss is constantly out of office when I come there to situate everything!!

My husband and I purchased a 2012 GMC Acadia when we drove it off the lot about a mile and a half down highway 70 towards ******** the car started bucking and we were going the speed limit.The next day I brought it back to them so they could have their mechanic loon at it not only did the mechanic but also the owner drove the car and felt what we felt.I was informed by the owner that the mechanic had to look up some things on to what could be causing the car to buck like it was and that the next day we would receive a call from him and we would be informed on the next steps.The next day came and went and we didnt receive a call.The following day after that we were on the phone trying to figure out what was going to happen no one would give us a straight answer and that went on for 3 weeks now yesterday we took the car to GMC dealership to have it looked over and the transmission needs to be repaired and the catalytic converter needs to be replaced and our warranty wont cover it because its a pre existing problem and now we are still back and fourth with pure 1 auto because they need to fix the issue and we keep asking to speak with the owner and we have been told hes on vacation, hes sick or hes out of the building and call back at a certain time and he will be back.Pure 1 Auto is responsible for the repairs that my car needs.I will never go back to them to purchase another car and I dont recommend anyone going to them as well.They have poor customer service and there sales men are all clueless and act like they dont know anything.If the owner of Pure 1 Auto refuses to repair my car that it needs I will have no other choice to take legal action and also contact the news so that something like this doesnt happen to another person for family.Pure 1 Auto needs to be held accountable for not taking proper action to make sure their vehicles are properly serviced and repaired before they are sold.
