Worst customer experience in my 42 years. The brand new spa had to be worked on prior to use due to electrical problems, technician delivering spa damaged the exterior of the spa, scheduling is difficult since no one will show up, owner is rude and dismissive, billing tries to collect even after theyve been paid already and they even confirmed they received the check. These people are family and only look after each other. They do not have customers best interest in mind. Buyer be aware!!!

I did not see this until today. Somehow, we missed it to respond. This woman is probably the worst customer I have ever dealt with. Rude and demanding. The spa was ordered during covid and everyone knows of the delay with materials and supplies during that period. She had electrical problems and our technician tried to help her. Due to being so demanding we delivered the spa and it was late evening and dark. Her husband was helping guide technician as he backed in. There was a 1 inch piece that needed to be repaired due to this. It was lost in the mulch and once found it was fixed and you could not notice it. She was demanding again and our senior technician **** that has been with us for 34 years went out in a severe storm and rain to make her happy. While working in the storm the cover kept hitting **** in the head as he was working and he was totally drenched. She watched him work from the window. He had just had covid and was not well and this turned into pneumonia and he died. I contacted her to let her know **** had died and she did not even have the courtesy to say she was sorry for his loss or sorry for his family. That in itself showed us what kind of person she really is. **** wanted to make her happy but seriously nothing can make this woman happy! I really don't care what she thinks about us and she can take her business elsewhere. We do not want to do business with her again or the likes of her. Our new office manager, ***** mistakenly sent her an email with the balance due. She realized her mistake and apologized immensely, and she would not accept *****'s apology and was just ridiculously rude and ugly to her making ***** cry. What kind of person does this?
