    It Was A Terribly Bad Business I WAS Promised that the Vehicle Was Very Dependable !!! As I Explained First Formost that I was an Elderly Woman (66) Disabled and a Widow He Picked me up & we went down Exactly 1 mile to his Car Lot He Rushed me in and his wife *** had all of this Paper Work in front of her l Mind You I had NEVER Met either One of them before I had Only talked to ******************* on the Phone I Paid him ******* dollars down that took me Literally 15 months to Save up Being on a Fixed Income I finally got the paperwork done and came home at about 5:30 pm I went to Food Lion Exactly 0.8 miles away from my Apartment and on the way down it Cut off once and on the way back it Cut off 3 times I called **** the VERY Next Morning and he Said I am not a Mechanic So I Suggest you Call one. Well I went down the Road to Auto Zone and they hooked up Machine to the Car and it showed that I Needed a Battery. Being Scared at this Point totally Alone I got a Battery ****** I had a meeting Was having one issue with the car after another It Wouldn't Steer I just went back to Auto Zone and had them ck power steering fluid I bought a Quart and left with *********** My 81 year old Neighbor She Would NOT let me go Anywhere in the Car Alone. By the time I got out of the meeting it had turned dark it was raining We headed back I turned the Head lights on Bright and Everything went totally Black. I finally got us home Safe I Called and was going to tell him about this Incident but he wouldn't let me get a Word in Edgewise and proceeded to yet again tell me to take it too a Mechanic. The Power Steering Pump is totally out . It is ************ able. And this is a Mere 2 weeks after I got the Car . I Have ********************** and Witnesses EVERYTHING Documented. Please Help Me I CAN not bare Waiting another 15 months to Save up to get me another Vehicle. He is One Evil Person !!! He took Advantage of the Elderly , Disabled , & A Widow all in One Swoop ***********************

    First and foremost, we DO NOT typically do BUY HERE PAY HERE! We were going out on a limb to help an elderly, disabled, and widow woman! We advised up front that anything we had to offer her would just be a cheap vehicle and would be sold to her AS-IS, NO WARRANTY!! Upon inquiry of a vehicle from us, ****** asked us to pick her up from her apartment because she was in a big hurry. She drove said vehicle from her apartment to our car lot. ****** was given the option to continue test driving the car for as long as she wanted to, however, she again stated that she was in a big hurry. We did NOT have any paperwork ready at this point due to us not even having her driver's license information. Customer did have an issue with the battery and did inquire with us about it. We did NOT tell her to go to a mechanic, as we have one on-site. After several nasty phone calls from this customer and numerous offers to give her a refund for her down payment, we went a picked up the vehicle from the customer at HER REQUEST!! We took a rollback to pick up the car and ended up not needing it. The car was missing the battery, we hooked it up to a boost box and DROVE it to our car lot. It is NEVER our intention to sell any vehicle that will cause problems for our customers; however, things happen. We are super easy to get along with. AGAIN, we offered this customer her money back numerous times. First time we offered her response was "I'm thinking on it, I'll get back to you". Second offer we never received a response. We literally did everything possible to help this customer. We went above and beyond our normal scope of business; nothing was good enough for her! We wish nothing but the best for ****** and we truly hate that she wasn't even satisfied with receiving her money back! **We have text messages as proof to back up everything we have stated above**
