When we were looking for a flooring company to put in floors for our condo in OKI I asked for recommendations from our property manager, *************************, since we dont live in the area. They gave us three including Pineda Custom. Pinedas estimate was the most professional, detailed and itemized. I had already chosen the flooring that I wanted, but after much research on Jennys part, she found it was no longer available. So instead of me having to do the research to find another product, ***** called me to find out exactly what color and features of the flooring were most important to me, and then she did some extensive research for us. She found one that was almost identical and actually a little thicker and more durable LVP than the one I had originally chosen. Lowes in South Port had 800+ boxes at the time she found them and got a sample and left in our condo for us to approve over the following weekend. I loved the choice and gave the okay to order; however, by Monday all 800+ boxes were sold, and there were no more in **. ***** diligently researched and found enough at a Lowes in ********, ** and had them shipped to **********. Their timing was exact as they estimated 14 days to do the install of the entire condo and finished on the 14th day. We came down to see it the following weekend and were blown away by how beautiful our condo looks now with our new flooring! What a difference the floors make! Wish we had done it sooner now! (We formerly had a synthetic tile and carpet in the bedrooms.) It looks so much cleaner and more updated now! **** did a fantastic job with the installation! He must be a perfectionist because the floors look perfect to us! ***** did the measuring and stayed in contact with me throughout the process! There were no unexpected problems or delays once the install began. They make a fantastic and professional team! My husband and I absolutely recommend them 110% if you are needing new floors installed! You wont be disappointed!
