I made a totally ignorant mistake and ordered the wrong product from TheGPSStore.com instead of having my husband review my choice. I mean the brand name was excellent, the price was good but it was a "floating" device and I was not going to be anywhere near a place that it needed to float. Of course my husband reminded me OFTEN that I blew it. I had contacted TheGPSStore.com and discovered that items like this are not usually returnable when a "seal" was broken. Rather than have it be the cause of domestic "unrest", I returned it to the company with the hope that someone else could use it. To my surprise, I was emailed back that they would accept it and return my purchase price minus a very reasonable "re-stocking" fee. I found this level of customer service to be amazing! I would not hesitate to purchase product from them....I would just check to make sure I chose the right item. I highly recommend this company.Review from Mike C

I have ordered few items from The GPS Store.Some of them I had to return.In any case, the company was corteous and helpfull. No quesitons asked.I am happy with best prices, good discounts and most important amazing customer service. Feeling pretty stupid at this time. Time for some crow. I purchased the Garmin Overlander GPS with mounts for an offroad vehicles. Because I did not pay attention to what I was doing I complained that I did not get everything that I ordered. I sent an email the this company voicing my problems with pictures. A wonderful Customer Service Person (Callie) had the patience of a saint with me. I believe we sent back and forth 4 or 5 emails. After a few of these emails I went home and asked my wife to help me. With the information given and help from my wife, we was able to figure it out. Then I had to email Callie back with a huge apology because I opened my mouth before looking into everything. The only thing to my defense there was no instructions with the brackets. Unfortunately, I jumped the gun on my email and would like to thank Callie for not ignoring me. Going to mount everything this weekend and then going to Colorado for a week, so I will be testing these brackets out to the fullest.Review from Don J
