              Business came out to give us an estimate on a new unit. O was never advised that they charge a fee to come out and give estimates. They were very quick and gave us an estimate in a very timely manner. We didn't use their services and ended up choosing someone else. They billed us for the estimate a while later. I have had 8 estimates on this unit and absolutely no one has charged a fee to come and give us a quote. I called to discuss this with them and informed them that we were never advised that there was a charge to come out to provide an estimate to possibly earn our business. I also explained to them that no one else was charging. The lady told me "We don't do anything for free". I found this to be completely arrogant and unprofessional. This is a small town community and I feel like they ABSOLUTELY should have advised us that there was a fee. Rather than sending a bill After we decided to use someone else. I also recognize that I should have thought to ask. I just have never had anyone else charge for this when they didn't do a darn thing. I'd like to have the charges reversed.
