    I've done business with Platinum card breaks for years and a few months ago I got a case hit rookie card along with over dozen other cards, all of my cards showed up except my case hit card. I reached out to find out what happened, I got a response asking me to be patient and haven't heard a word since. They have truly gone down hill since their 2022 fiasco. Destroying customers cards, threatening employees, losing or possibly keeping cards. I'll never give them business again.

    I did business with platinum card breaks for over a year with no problem with any transaction. But one night i invest in nt. Patriots and bucks. And omg I hit big Tom Brady colossal auto /15 two Gianni’s auto triple diamond. Sony michel auto and another patriot auto. Best I ever did. Next day I get a phone call from one of the fat boys saying there was a charge back from my address not my name or my credit card. Wich has been flawless to date and they kept them all. I have text messages to prove it. They flat out said they didn’t care whose problem it was they wanted me to pay them back whatever amount they made up. They still have my cards.

    Platinum used to be the gold standard for sports card breaking but they have continued downhill for years. Cheaper promotions, industry high prices, poor or non existent customer service and rock bottom level of care for people's products they pay good money for. All they care about now is shoving high end product down peoples throats and running fillers all day. The straw that broke the camels back for me is them trying to skim a card from a customer and getting caught red handed, his face was beat red like a tomato because he was guilty as sin. Imagine at that level of desperation and stupidity you have to be to jeopardize a million dollar business over greed for a couple racks. Yt search platinum cardbreaks scam for yourself, don't take my word for it.
