      I placed an order with these people on 3/19 2024. Harris Robinette confirmed my order and processed our credit card. It's been nearly 1 month and I still have not seen this order. I've made many attempts to contact by phone. They list two phone options. First one is no longer in service and the second goes directly to voicemail. Attempts to email them has failed as well. My order has been pending for a month and not one ounce of customer service has been rendered.

      I ordered on 11/7/23 my order is still pending today 1/24/24. I have reached out to them by phone and they will not answer. So I left messages. And left emails. I received nothing back from them. I went to ******** where they have an account and I left them a message on messenger so it was private I left it in my pictures- they ended up blocking me! So when it went to 2 months later and no meat when I called them it was busy which meant they blocked me I had my dad call and he was able to get a ring but it went straight to voicemail. I have gone to the bank to have them investigate this just a couple of days ago.

      Date of transaction: 1/7/24 Paid: $54.75 Item purchased: 10 lbs ground beef Order # **** I placed an order online with Harris Robinette 2 weeks ago and the item has not been delivered. I have a receipt for my payment. Their website does not send a tracking number or confirmation of shipment email. I called their customer service phone number *************) numerous times, which rings busy constantly. I called the phone number listed on ****** search *************), also numerous times, which goes directly to voicemail. No one has called me back. Additionally Ive sent FIVE emails asking for status no reply. Short of driving to ************** I have no way to get this business to respond! I want my product delivery date or money refunded promptly. This is a shady business. Please help!Note: one of the photos of my receipt has a blue box check order status but that link takes me to the receipt. Its not a ************* feature.

      2/11/23 at 7:50am Placed order for $192.27 for a package of meats. Strip steaks. Etc.Order #****.Order arrived a few days later thawed out and rotten. Still holding in freezer. No response from HarrisRobinette.I've tried all possible routes to connect with no luck
