Date of service was 01/11/2022.We hired Carolinas Air Duct Services to clean our air ducts. We were told that they would clean the air ducts with brushes from the vent covers all the back threw the vent lines. So, we hired them for the job. They came here and didn't use brushes like they told us, just shot some air in the vent covers and said they are clean! They only remove one vent cover and took a pic saying everything is cleaned. All they did was push the dust back into the vent lines. Telling me they have a picture that vents are cleaned! The dust started coming out the same day they said they cleaned them and is as bad if not worse since they loosened up the dust in the vent lines! I called them and complained! And was told too bad. they have a picture showing vents are cleaned. (I don't know how's that's true, since they only removed one vent cover! They did offer to come back and clean them again. And I said know I didn't want them back in my house! That I wanted my money back, so I could get a real place to clean my vents! They also had a 20% off coupon on their web site, that they wouldn't take when they got to my house. And I had to call and fight with the owner to get it!

I am rejecting this response because:I do not want them back in my house!I told the owner that when I called him! They should of done the job correctly the first time! Instead of s******* us! I told the owner I wanted my money back so I could get another business to do the cleaning! He said to bad! I have a Picture showing vents are cleaned! I have 32 vents, they took a picture of one vent and said there clean! I do not want to use them again! I want my money back! Besides telling me when I hired them they use brushes to clean all vents and vent lines! Which they didn't do when they got to my house! And all vents and vent lines are still dirty!

we tried to contact you multiple times to discuss ways we can Rectify the situation we even have sent you text messages before you consistent of complaining acting like were not doing anything to help you sir if you contact us we have options we can give you to help this is before and after the of your return intake of your main duct work has been done in your home if you are willing to contact use we will like to Resolve this issue thank you
