My vehicle arrived to Ppb Collision on December 7, 2022. I was then towed it will be a week for repair but during the process the check of mine that they sent out to the ***************** was lost in the mail so due to that I had to re issue another check . I am still being told every week my car will be ready the following Friday here it is January 26th the day they promised me it would be ready and now they are saying it will be a whole week until its actually ready . The communication ***** with this company and the way they handle and come up with a lie every time is unacceptableBusiness response

The delays to the repair of the vehicle were due to part delays and other contributing items which unfortunately was outside of the scope of our control. It was explained prior to drop off that there would likely not be a quick turnaround as we were scheduling out for a few weeks. Customer stated that she understood. We have since completed the repairs and returned the vehicle to the customer..
