I made an appointment to get my car tinted. Guys shows up like half and hour late and then tells me the car will take like 2-3 hours. We left the car with the utmost trust. Once we saw the results he said that the bubbles would go away in a week once the film was holding on well and if they didnt go away he could fix it. We gave it a week and the bubbles dont go away. We also noticed the seal of my car had been cut badly and hidden in a way that we wouldnt notice. We contacted the person who tinted the car and he said he didnt do it even tho there are already other reviews of people complaining about him cutting their seals too. We told him he could take the tint off that we just wanted our money back. He then said that he could only partially refund the $200 but we didn't think that was enough due to the cut seal. He also never gave us a receipt for anything even though he said we were. He said we could get $80 and i even sent my cashapp and i never got it either! i want my full refund. i ended up having to pay to get that tint removed since it was badly done and paid $160 for that. I also have the receipts for that. Overall terrible unprofessional experience.i want my money back.Initial Complaint

On may 23,2021 I setup an appointment with *************************** to have my vehicle tinted all around I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment at 4:34 he was not their but another person that works for him was. I contacted him and he told me he was going to be late but to wait that he still would make sure my car got tinted. Upon arrival he told me since the vehicle was new that he would have to give me carbon tint and it would cost 200$ I told him thats fine. After three hours Went back to where we dropped off the vehicle and he told me that he did not do the small windows because he charges more for them but that for me he would do it for free although i booked threw the app and selected full vehicle he still told me this. We gave him 200 in cash he said I would be getting a receipt from him in 30 minutes because he had to put everything in. I did not receive my receipt I kept on complaining and told him to send me a receipt and he did not care. I kept messaging him about the tint coming off and having bubbles and also breaking a window seal on my car he did not care and refused to give me my full refund I have proof I have all the messages and pictures also of him saying he would give me a receipt and he did not and of giving me a refund and he did not. I also took my car somewhere professionally to get the tint taken off and they told me he broke all my windows seals and that he was known for leaving cars the same way. I also have messages of him laughing at me and telling me he would get his lawyer involved.
