Customer's swimming pool had/has a leak. ********************** came out late May found the leak. May 31 we drained the pool down and Repaired the found leak, which did not fix the problem. Leak Squad came back out the next week June 6 or 7 and drained the pool a second time to again fix the issue. Swimming pool is still leaking and I have been told by the leak squad rep that someone came out in late June (around the 22nd) and found a second leak and would be out to fix it free of charge. No One Has come to Fix the issue and I have been calling every day or two since the Last week of June to find out when ONLY TO GET VOICE MAIL and NEVER A CALL BACK. This is terrible customer service and I would like someone to call them.

I contacted Leak Squad in November, 2021 for a water line break at my house. A technician (***) marked with flags (on hill) where he thought the leak existed. It cost $395 for his half hour of service. I explained I wanted to repair the leak because of replacement cost.I contacted a plumber, they dug in his marked area but was unsuccessful in locating the leak. *** told me it was not a "exact science" and sometimes he has to come back. The second attempt did not happened given his schedule and the plumber's schedule.I have left countless messages with ******** at the office who scheduled the appointment. *** eventually called March 4th and said he "would check with the owner" and get back with me, he hasn't after my leaving countless messages and texting him too.I mentioned that I wanted a partial credit but did not state how much, hoping company would make an offer. Today, i would like a $200 credit card refund. I have been patience and too trusting, hoping they would do the "right thing" because in reverse, they would want to get paid for a service rendered. In my case, I paid $395 and received :no service" (leak located) and ended replacing the line (not repairing as intended) costing me $2600.Again, I asked that someone issue me credit/contact me regarding this matter. Note that I'm not asking for the entire amount because the technician did come to my house and should be compensated for his time.I'm open to suggestion/compromise that's suitable for both parties.Thank you for your time and consideration to this matter.Sincerely, ***********************

9/16/21 repair I had a water leak on my property. Several plumbers came to look for the water leak and finally got a Leak Squad company located in *********, **, to look for the issue. The company arrived at my address to find the water leak. At first, he said the leak was 2 feet from my front side window. I asked him more than once, " Are you sure the water leak is at the location you are marking? " He said yes, 110% sure. I got charged close to $395 for a 30-minute job. After he left, I started digging to locate the leak, and after 4 feet deep by 3 feet wide, no leak. I opened the water meter to look for the leak. I kept digging to follow the water and dig a trench 17 feet away, 3 to 4 deep from where the leak squad said the leak was. I got tired of searching and digging, so I called the leak squad again for the second time. I told the leak was 17 feet from where the first time was located from the initial detection. He marks for the second time. I started digging again. This time I found the leak four feet away from the second location and 4 feet deep. I called the lead squad, left several messages with no return call. Would you mind helping me? Their detection was wrong again, And I got pictures to prove it.

The customer was very unreasonable and was highly rude to our tech. Everything said above is blown out of proportion. We located the leak and we were off on the first attempt. This is normal in the leak detection business and this is clearly noted on our invoices. Our invoice states that we will come back and re-locate at no additional cost. Also the invoice states that we are not responsible for other companies charges. On the second visit our technician re-located the leak and he even dug up the pipe to expose the leak at no charge at all. The customer, not understanding the nature of this work, decided that it was a great idea to yell at everyone and demand money. We are ready to take this to court should the customer choose so. ********************** completed all work according to our company policy. We do about one thousand jobs per year, with very happy outcomes. The issue with this customer was his code of conduct. Nobody at Leak Squad deserves to be yelled at. We would advise the customer to read the paperwork.
