            My wife had a credit card charge from permitium for $32.32 for a conceal carry licensing from **************. The issue is we reside in **** and don't have conceal carry licenses and never applied for one in **** or **************. We also haven't been to ************** in about 10 years. The even larger issue is how permitium obtained my wife's credit card number for them to use. The charge was on May 15th 2024 as my wife who was charged was recovering from her c-section in ****. I would like to know how and why they decided to fraudulently charge my account. Beware! ********************** can apparently has people's card numbers from across the U.S. and will use it for fraud.

            The web site for birth certificates is slow and stalls. It is difficult to complete as it will indicate things like incorrect email address but yet it sent their site to your email address. Luckily I did not get to the point of payment.
