            07/2021 my home warranty company put me in contact with All Pro Mechanical to replace the duct work throughout my home. This was to include a complete replacement of all duct work in the crawl space as well as the attic. The representative from the company stated that we would need to pay the out of pocket cost up front for them to order the ducts for the job. They were provided with a $2,000 cashiers for the out of pocket expenses. Now this is where everything went down hill. The company has scheduled SIX dates for the installation all of which resulted in a NO CALL NO SHOW! Every time I attempted to call to confirm or inquire about why no one was showing up I was given the run around. I then requested a refund after 3 months of them scheduling and not showing up to complete the job. I was even willing to stop by their office to get my money back, to which I was met with no answer to phone calls, emails or text messages. I provided my cash app to make things easier. Still no refund. At this point it has been 4 months since the job was suppose to be completed. I have not received the paid for services and I have not received a refund! My home warranty company has stated they can only request that All Pro Mechanical issue the refund due but they can not make them or reimburse me for my STOLEN funds. This is just an abbreviated version of the horrific experience my family has suffered. I have two small kids, my house is freezing, and the funds to correct this issue is being held hostage by a shorty company that collects funds but does not complete the agreed to work.

            In a nutshell: Assigned through home warranty, they looked at HVAC twice, never fixed it, said unit needed replaced, I coughed up $2,200, they never came to replace it, wouldn't give me my refund, and I wound up having to do a claim dispute through my credit card to get my money back. All this was between May 1st - October 12th. I went all Summer with no air conditioning and a ton of anxiety.
