*** helped us get set up even when other companies said we weren’t eligible. He’s gone above and beyond to make sure we’re satisfied and the system is working properly. *** has been such an amazing help in every way possible when it came to our system. We have been his customers since 2017. He did an awesome job explaining how the system worked and answers any questions we may have at the time and after the installation. When we upgraded he called and review with us what equipment we were being upgraded to as well as giving us daily updates on delivery and installation date and time. He worked patiently around our complicated schedule as well as doing a phenomenal job on our equipment location. After the first day or so he check on us to see if we had any questions and how we were adjusting to the new system. **** from Safe Haven Security has been a godsend!!!! My old home was robbed at Christmas time several years ago, and I was devastated!!! A friend of mine had Safe Haven Security at the time. Burglers came in, but their Safe Haven Security system deterred their attempt, and they were captured. I called **** immediately. He came to my home and made me feel safe and secure again. When I moved to my new home, I called **** to secure this home as well. He has ALWAYS been awesome and makes sure that our home is totally secure before he leaves. I have a cameras to view my home when I am away, a doorbell camera, a door lock, alarm system and monitoring. I'm a happy customer that even put a Safe Have Alarm system in a family members home. My neighbors even have Safe Haven Security! **** is absolutely AWESOME!! I couldn't ask for better service and thankful for the comfort of being safe and secure.Safe Haven Security, Inc Response

Wonderful service. Very professional. They came and installed my security cameras and I just love them. *** explained and showed me how my cameras worked then called me the a few weeks later to make sure I was still satisfied and the cameras were working properly. My system has been in for a couple of weeks and i'm happy with it and my installer was very friendly and helpful. He explained everything very well and was very through and is a pretty cool guy. I would recommend him and Safe Haven Security to do your alarm system.Safe Haven Security, Inc Response
